MDHS Charity Golf Day
Come along for a fun day out at our annual fundraiser on 21 March
Join us at our annual charity event, run in partnership with True Foods and Maryborough Golf Club on Thursday 21 March.
Gather with friends and colleagues to enjoy a round of golf while raising funds for a good cause at Maryborough Golf Club.
This year we’re aiming to reach a target of $30,000 to advance essential training programs at Maryborough Hospital. By getting involved you can help us purchase state-of-the-art patient simulation equipment to teach nursing and medical students life-saving emergency care skills.
Register as a team or as an individual in this Ambrose event. We recognise that not everyone can play or take the whole day so we’ve introduced a non-player option to get everyone involved.
The 2023 MDHS Charity Golf Day was a great success. We raised around $26,000 to improve the dining experience for aged care residents at Wattle Rise Maryborough thanks to the amazing support from participants, and local and national businesses.
This year we’re proud to celebrate our special 10 year partnership with True Foods and Maryborough Golf Club to host the event. Since True Foods joined as a major partner in 2014, the charity fundraiser has raised in excess of $200,000 to improve the health of our community.
This unwavering support from our partners has helped us purchase a Cancer Care car and Health in Motion van to provide quality care and patient transport, and a new mammography unit to improve breast screening rates. And more!

Event: 2024 MDHS Charity Golf Day
Date: Thursday 21 March 2024
Venue: Maryborough Golf Club, Park Road Maryborough
Registration: 8:00am (and breakfast)
Tee off: 9:00am
Cost: $65 per player (incl. green fees, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea), or sign up as a non-player for $25 and join us for lunch.
Test your skills in the hole-in-one competition for the chance to win $1,200. Team and individual prizes including nearest the pin, straightest drive, raffles and more!

Our annual auction is one of the main fundraising activities at the MDHS Charity Golf Day.
