MDHS focuses on person-centred care for all patients, residents, clients and families. We strive to provide a positive experience for anyone that requires care, and we are committed to continual improvement.

As one of our patients or clients, you are the focus of our efforts. Your feedback helps us know what we are doing well and where we need to improve.

If you have any comments, compliments, suggestions or concerns about any aspect of your care, please tell the staff. You can also discuss your concerns with the manager of the ward, unit or department.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please call the Customer Excellence Team on 5461 0333 or use the below form. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial. To lodge a complaint with the HCC, fill out a complaint form at www.hcc.vic.gov.au, or phone 1300 582 113 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to discuss your complaint.
