Quality Healthcare in Modern Facilities

As MDHS grows and expands its services, its campuses and facilities are continually upgraded and improved. Ongoing local & State Government investment in our services ensures that we can provide high-quality healthcare in modern, fit-for-purpose facilities.

We recently moved into the new Maryborough and District Hospital. The $115 million investment includes:

  • An Urgent Care Centre & Medical Imaging (x-ray, ultrasound and CT)
  • 32 inpatient beds, two birthing suites and two operating theatres
  • Medical Day Unit (chemotherapy, dialysis and infusions)
  • Consulting suites (for clinics and allied health)
  • More parking and an accessible drop-off zone
  • A welcoming reception and café for patients and visitors
